NOCA Will host the inaugural address of the new OSCA President, Dr. Mickey Frame at the White House Inn located at 10835 Waterville St. in Whitehouse, OH.

The first NOCA membership meeting will begin after with one hour of CE included. Open bar will start a 6:30 with the meeting beginning at 7:0, dinner will be served during the meeting.
